AutoFlow Licensing Policy

This End User Software licensing policy, which is incorporated into and part of AutoFlow’s End User License Agreement (“EULA”), defines the specific licensing terms and conditions for your use of software products and documentation (collectively, “Software”).
1. AutoFlow End User Software Licensing

2. AutoFlow Designer
License type: Subscription or Perpetual
License unit: Software
Specifics:

Design automation workflows with rich numbers of built-in useful, reliable, well-tested activities.

Intuitive drag-and-drag interface for non-technical users.

Allows to customize logic - activity with case.

Verbose debugging methods with enterprise support.
3. AutoFlow Portal
License type: Subscription or Perpetual
License unit: Software
Specifics:

A centralized platform to monitor and manage multiple Runner statuses and configurations.

Orchestrate multiple execution with flexible coordination.

Real-time tracking of robot performance and workflow execution status.
2. Mutiyear Subscription Billing Options
Innomation allows subscription licenses to be purchased for a maximum term of 3 years. Customers are required to commit to a full 3-year subscription agreement. Payment can be made either as a single upfront payment covering the entire term, or in annual installments, with each installment payable on a date mutually agreed upon by both parties each year.
3. Update Software

License upgrades are only available to customers with an active License Warranty & Support agreement.

Customers with Perpetual Licenses are eligible to upgrade to the latest software version as long as their License Warranty is still active.

Customers with Subscription Licenses are always entitled to upgrade to the latest version during the active subscription period.
4. AutoFlow License Key
4.1. Innomation issues a unique License Key for each license purchased. The end user is authorized to use each License Key to activate and operate the software in accordance with the terms set forth in Innomation’s Licensing Policy.
4.2. Each License Key contains specific licensing terms and a digital signature to verify the integrity of the license file. Only License Keys marked as “Active” in Innomation’s system are considered valid and legitimate.
4.3. Each License Key corresponds to one license unit that the software is authorized to process, calculated based on one connected virtual machine (VM) or one physical computer (PC).
5. License Start Date
The license start date is calculated from the moment Innomation issues the License Key and delivers it to the end user.
6. License Update
5.1. Innomation does not provide an automatic license update feature at this time. Instead, whenever a new license or software version update becomes available, the Innomation team will send a formal notification to the end user with relevant details.
5.2. Following the notification, Innomation will coordinate directly with the customer to schedule the update, and the update will be carried out according to the agreed timeline.
5.3. If the customer has multiple systems that have been consolidated or the deployment structure has changed, they are advised to contact Innomation Support for specific guidance on the update process.
7. License Transfer
In accordance with Innomation’s End User License Agreement (EULA), all software licenses are strictly non-transferable. License ownership is bound exclusively to the original purchasing customer and cannot be transferred, reassigned, or sublicensed to any third party under any circumstances. No exceptions to this policy will be granted.
8. Usage Restriction
This license is granted exclusively for use by the designated End User.
The license is strictly limited to the End User’s internal systems and projects, and may not be reused, reassigned, sublicensed, or applied to any other entity, project, or environment beyond the authorized scope.
Any attempt to use this license outside the End User’s environment will be considered a violation of the license agreement. Innomation Technology reserves the right to conduct audits and take appropriate actions to ensure compliance
